I have been on steriods since May of 1998 trying the second of a slow taper. My doctor suggested removal if this taper does not work. My question is this .... Before I submit to surgery I want a second opinion by someone who is very knowledgeable in this area. Where do I find such a person.

Dear Pat,
Thank you for your question. We have several doctors here who are very knowledgeable in this are and would be happy to see you here. Of course it may not be possible for you to come to Cleveland and if this is the case if you tell me where you live perhaps I can recommend someone close to you.
