Withdrawal from TOPROL XL

Hello to anyone who can help me out a little here:

Was on 100mg of toprol xl for one year for one case of tachycardia they thought (but still feel that was wrong)
Then went up to 150mg for two years.
They never found anything wrong with me or my heart before or after...BP is normal now

Finally side effect were insane I could go on and on but that is irrelvant at this point in the game

I weaned off of the meds slowly I thought for 6 weeks or so...
Been off now for 3 Weeks

I still have high heart rate when I walk, and dizzy feel just plain knocked off my kester..
I have read that it can take at least 30 days to feel better please some one out there tell me this is true and how much longer it will be til I am somewhat normal again.. were I  can at least walk again without having to sit down all the time..
