Worried about my blood pressure 18 yrs old

My normal blood pressure used to be like 117/76 but now it goes up and down so much like crazy and it's worrying me. I would like someone to answer that know about blood pressure. It goes from like 124/80 to like 130/86 then the highest 136/95. Then the other day I was at the docs and it said 105/95 why would it be so low on the the top and high on the bottom I'm real scared cause I heard if it drops from a high level to real low that is signs of a weakened heart. I am 18 years old by the way. I'm real concerned I am scared too :(

Now, lets agree that that is permanent :-)

Take care,

Thank you for making me feel a lot better. They really don't seem that bad? I just have bad aniexty and im thinking that I can have bad situations happen if I had my blood pressure at these numbers and it's kind of hard to explain but my blood pressure seemed to be doing this ever since I got a cat scan. When I got it with dye my heart raced and ever since then my heart beats faster. Sorry if I sound wierd or anything but I just wanted to hear from someone cause I'm nervous :(. Yes doctors told me I am fine and that I shouldn't have nothing to worry about.

Hi Bellamia

Yes, your blood pressure varies, just like the blood pressure of everyone.
It varies throughout the day, it increases in cold weather, when you are under stress, while exercising. It lowers after exercise, when you are relaxed etc.

Your blood pressure variations do not seem extreme to me. As long as variations are not extreme, it is the average value that counts. In your case it is perfect.
Didn't your doc also tell you the same and that you are just fine and do not need to worry?
