Young

I'm only 16 years old, smoker, unhealthy.
Diagnosed with costochondritis (sp?) and possibly angina, i've been waking up almost every night with a sharp, burning pain under my left breast. It hurts so much, that sometimes I can't breathe at all. Though it only lasts about 3-5 minutes, the pain is more than I can bare.
There may be a history of high blood pressure? I'm not sure.
Anyways, I feel as if i'm going to die soon, and I really don't want to (who does, right?). I can't afford to go to the doctor's, plus i'm way too uncomfortable to have some unknown person pressing all over my breasts.
Is there such a thing as a 16 year old getting a heart attack?
Could this be a symptom of something fatal?

I'm so scared.

I think if you feel you are having a heat attack the you REALLY need to go to the ER. i know it is easier said then done not to worry about $$ they will make payment arrangements. plus you are so scared you can make yourself sick and that isn't good. no you are not too young to have a heart attack. STRESS can cause taht in itself. please please get check out for your sake, your life may depend on it, by the way being 16 you should qualify for some state medicaid.  I have also never had anyone press on my breast to see if I were having a heart attack eben if I have a pulled muscle  I have never had one pressing there.
good luck and I hope things will be okay
