a-fib ablation

Well I was reading all the post about post ablation,, now im kinda scared....I will be getting this done in Sept..and im reading all this..after the ablation, I thought I will be better..My doctor did say I will have a little skips,,but as i read, there are patients that have major problems after the procedure...someone help with my concern..

TEAROSE33: I had afib for 12-13 years, had numerous electro cardioversions. In July of 2010 I had an ablation and have been fine ever since.  Only had a few pvcs the first few weeks following the ablation.. There was nothing to it .. I would do it again with out a second thought.  It changed my life... no more afib... just a real good steady heart beat..I love it.. If your in good physical condition and have chosen a good EP who has done lots of successful ablations... Id think you dont have much to be concerned about. Hope this helps //Claytex
