abnormal ecg, what does this mean ?

hi, im wondering if anyone could help and put my mind at rest ? For a while now i have suffered with chest pain and since last week it has hurt when ever i take a deep breath. I went to the doctors last week and they said it was probably plurasy and to go back in seven day if it got worse. Yesterday it was unbearable, i was in so much pain i went to my local hospital ( i couldnt go to the doctors at it is closed at weekends). I had an ECG and the results are as follows :
sinus rhythm
possible left atrial adnormality
right bundle branch block
inferior ST-T changes may be normal for age
Abnormal ECG

They sent me home and told me to go to the doctors today ( ive got an appointment later on). Could anyone please tell me what this means? Im so worried ! Im a 27 year old female.

Thanks, Sarah

Pain from taking a deep breath is almost always not related to a heart problem.  It is more likely due to a respiratory problem

An EKG is not very reliable for any diagnosis. Abnormal EKG can be due to an artefact (benign circumstance in the electrophysiological network).  Left atrial abnomality...can be a slightly enlarged chamber, but the EKG doesn't provide any measurements...need an echo if considered significant.  Right bundle branch block...if an issue it means the electrical pathway is occasionally blocked and there may be a skipped heart beat (not uncommon).
