abnormal ecg on stress thallium but normal profusion?

I had a stress thallium done and got the report today. It shows 2mm ST depression inferolateral leads-abnormal. Myocardial profusion scan normal, no wall motion abnormalities. I am a 37 yr old female, overweight with a strong family history of early heart disease. It was a chemical stress thallium and they wouldn't let me walk on the treadmill instead. My cardiologist told me my test was normal since there were no wall motion abnormalities ND profusion was normal and to disregard the ecg as it was probably a false positive. Has anyone ever heard of having a false positive on one and a negative (normal )result on the other. I am terribly worried that they are missing something and maybe I do have heart disease!
