A recent ECG revealed the following:
vent. rate 77 bpm
PR interval 148 ms
QRS duration 64 ms
QT/QTc 388/439/ ms
P-R-T axes 76 28 55
Normal sinus rhythm
ST abnormality, possible digitalis effect
What do all of these numbers/results mean? What should be done about the Abnormal ECG reference? I am very worried with these results. Thanks for any help given.

40371 ST elevation, consistent with subepicardial injury, pericarditis, or early repolarization [ST elevation (I, II, V2, V3) w/o normal inflected Twave]
