I'm a 35 year old male that is a fire fighter. My most recent exam showed these results could i please have your opinion on it.
    
    vent rt 87
    pr interval 246ms
    qrs duration 100ms
    qt/qtc  356/427ms
    p-r-t axes 70 94 44
    normal sinus rhythm with sinus arrhythmia 1st degree av block
    left atrial enlargement
    rightward axis
    left ventricular hypertrophy
    abnormal ecg

Trying to describe an ecg in words is like trying to describe a picture. It's not the same. There are some concernig features listed in your diagnosis though. The criteria for hyperteophy is standardized for men older than you so it may not be accurate.

My next step would be an echocardiogram to look for true hypertrophy.
