adderall abuse and supraventricular tachycardia and

Hi,

I'm a 19 year old girl, 5'2, 110 lbs. and I recently stopped taking adderall (adderrall) due to chest pains, dizziness, fainting, palpitations, and blurred vision. These symptoms presented themselves over a year ago when I started taking adderall (adderrall) when school started after not having taken any over the summer.
I have a history of stimulant abuse (on and off for 4 years), but up until about a week ago, was still perscribed 20 mgs of adderall (adderrall) (generic) up to 3 times a day. For the past year I have experienced terrifying dizzy spells, chest pain/heaviness, unexplained weakness in my legs and arms, and panic attacks due to the symptoms. Since stopping the drug and quitting smoking cigarettes, I am still experiencing all of the symptoms, just not as extreme as they were when I was taking the adderall (adderrall).

After looking at the symtoms (symptoms) of supraventricular tachycardia, I was concerned. I've been to the doctor after an episode where, upon arrival, my blood pressure was high and my BPM was way too high. However, after calming down, my bp dropped to normal and my bpm, though still high, was down significantly. This is when the doctor took my EKG, which looked normal. The doctor chalked it up to anxiety and cosochronditis, as every other doctor has, which just makes me feel more frustrated.
The chest pain, dizziness, blurred vision, and anxiety is now constant, but each of the symptoms are worse after taking adderall (adderrall). I was very active and experienced no symptoms while taking the same drug until a year ago.

my question is; do you think years of adderall (adderrall) abuse could have done damage to my heart? and if so, how extensive and how permanent could the damage be?
