adrenalin spurt

Can a spurt of adrenalin cause an arrythmia?  Also, does an extra heartbeat ever go away?  Thanks for your time.

Dear Deb
Adrenaline surges can definitely cause arrhythmia. Extra heart beats can come and go; it is impossible to predict for sure in any individual.
I hope this has been useful. I wish you the best of luck. Feel free to write back.
