Agatston calcium score: 486.34
right dominant circulation
hypokinesia of apical inferior wall
soft plaque with severe stenosis of middle and distal RCA
calcified plaque with blooming artifacts at mid and proximal distal LAD, so the degree stenosis cannot well be evaluated but seems to be moderate degree.
As this diagnosis was made in Asia, I would appreciate any comments.
Medication prescribed are:
ASA cardiprin 100
Nebilet (Nebivolol 5mg)
coversyl plus (perindopril 4mg/Indapamide 1.25mg)
and of course lifestyle changes!
average bloodpressure is 130/65 (contolled daily 3 times)
I am experiencing dizziness since about 1 month when standing up from sitting position. normally disappears after 30 seconds.
