angiogram normal but bad chest pain and new symptoms

Hi.
About a year and half ago i started with chest pain and shortness of breath on exertion.  It was made worse with cold weather.  I saw the chest pain clinic and as it was typical angina i was given gtn spray and clopidogrel and bisoprolol.
The Gtn spray worked.
i had echo which suggested mild diastolic dysfunction.
(i was given ramipril and it really helped but i had a reaction to it)
i then had nuclear scan (chemically stressed) which stuff didnt affect me and showed mild reversibility but couldnt tell as attenuation detail.
i then finally had a coronary angiogram in july and it was normal.

However since then i have had 2x ecgs with incomplete right branch block and had bad episodes with tachycardia.
I am still getting chest pain etc.  And often get dizzy or dont feel right

The GTN spray still works.

Also past few weeks my o2 levels suddenly dropped several times to 89 and 84.  and didnt come right for a few hours.  And caused chest pain with lack of oxygen.

im due to see the cardiologist soon and dont want to be discharged again as i know something is up.

Hi there. Your description at the start of your post says typical angina? Was this diagnosed as a result of tests? What is your BP like? Is your sugar level kept under some control?  Any cardiac enlargement on tests? If you think something is up, your surely right. You know your own body. Don't be brushed off if your not happy. I had angiogram in Jan 14, by Sept of 2014 I had angina symptoms, terrible ache on exertion in shoulders, upper chest down arms and on any uphill walk it was also causing a horrid Jaw ache. For a year I was told ' You had the angio, your arteries are fine. Fast forward to Oct 2015, I was really sick of the ache. Eventually I insisted on another angiogram. Result; 2 90% blockages in the LAD !! Urgent stenting done. So stick to your guns and get a new consultant if your not happy. Hope this helps? Im not a doctor by the way, 52 year old male

Thanks for your reply. Typical angina was not an official diagnosis but the cardiologist said all my symptoms are typical of angina.
Then all tests have been mixed results/diagnosis
Im fed up too at the moment.
Trying to get all information together.
