angiogram

My thallium nuc med scan showed "abnormal coronary flow reserve about the apex and distal inferolateral wall".
Is this an indication of a blockage in an artery?
I have a right bundle branch block; anterior MI in 2003 with a stent inserted in the proximal LAD.
Symptoms include SOB, mid sternum tightness, and rt. jaw discomfort.
Stress echo was inconclusive; I was allergic to dolbutamine.
U/S echo showed;
"mild systolic dysfunction including a discrete area of akinesis involving the distal interventricular septum. There are some trabeculations seen in this location. Ejection fraction is 55%."
"left atrial enlargement. There is a small shunt flow seen across the interatrial septum consistent with a small patent foramen ovale"
"mild tricuspid regurgitation"
My angiogram is booked for apr 25. What do you expect they will find if nothing"
Are there other tests I should be having? ECG shows sinus arrhythmia.

A reduced coronary flow reserve has been reported in patients with ischemia like symptoms and normal coronary arteries (no occlusions). The bases can be flow velocity, left ventricle muscle mass, diabetes, hypertension, etc.

There is mild left ventricle pumping dysfunction due to akinesis (damaged heart cells) in the area given (septum...wall that separates heart chambers).  Pumping dysfunction is very slight as normal EF is 55 to 75%.

There is a small hole in the wall that separates the right and left atrium.

There may be a biopsy associated with trabeculations!?.  I'm not sure what the indications are when the echo was inconclusive, but the report shows results?
