my wife has anticardiolipin antibody syndrome. She has had a series of stroke 9 years ago. she under went chemotherapy and was somewhat better. she takes coumadine. Now she has gotteen blocked aarteries and node on her valve. the doctors say is caused by the syndrome. she just had congestive heart failure and needs a triple bypass and a heart valve replacement or repair. But the surgeon does not want to operate due to the chance of her stroking out on the table. are there other options. Thank you for any help.
