any info on PVC and short PR?

I am a 37 year old female who has always been very healthy, hardley ever sick. About 7 months ago I started getting palpatations to the point I get sick to my stomach that would last all day, Once it didnt stop for 4 days. I also get super sharp chest pains, lightheaded at times and my hands (and feet once in awhile) have begun to go numb if I dont keep them moving. An EKG revealed I have a short PR, PVC, irregular heart beats and tachycardia, although my normal pulse is 57, But its been jumping to around 130 at times, I have low blood pressure (115/70 or lower).  I have had an echo, wore a holter monitor for 30 days, had a stress test, and everything was deemed "normal". I have a family history of weak vessels, anyerisms,aortic disections and early heart attacks. I was told by my cardiologist that I dont have a risk for any of these things - which is good. Which "means" it is an electrical problem. I was put on Metoprolol for awhile. It worked for a month or so and then the palpations came back like before. With my blood pressure already low, my doctor couldnt increase the med and switched me to a calcium channel blocker which hasnt worked even in the slightest. I dont drink, have never smoked and rarely drink caffeine, which hasnt seemed to alter anything anyway. I have a very low stress job and a very anxiety-free life.
My heart feels like a balloon about to burst when it will finally beat super hard and then take off racing and pounding really hard. I can feel it in my neck and down to my stomach. My heart pounds so hard I can see the heart beat in my neck in the mirror.
