where to go for management of accelerated svg disease that has required four pci's with six stents since emergency double svg - cabg in July 07!!!?  Hopkins, Cleveland, Mayo?  What kind of cardiologist will diagnose and manage this best and test for blood, lipid and inflammation disorders?  Please someone advise us?
Patient is 67 years old, healthy, no prior or other medical problems, no high ldl or blood pressure.  On 3 blood pressure meds, plavix, aspirin, lipitor.  Cannot exercise and does not leave home because of continuing angina in throat, which always is relieved by one nitro, and always has signalled need for another stent to open up new graft stenosis.?
