aortic insufficiency, mitral and tricuspid insufficiency

I am a 36 yr old 6 ft tall ghostly pale blue-eyed redhead with spondylosing psoriatic arthritis, ADD, and extensive exposure to tropical diseases from several years of research in Africa.

I'm worried about my heart as an ECD revealed "mild mitral insufficiency, moderate aortic insufficiency, and mild tricuspid insufficiency."
Everything else w/ heart appeared normal with ejection fraction of 60% and no enlargements. I am worried about my insufficiencies and would greatly* appreciate any info and advice on that.

Almost always mild insufficiency is not considered significant.  Moderate should be monitored but not considered a serious problem especially with an EF60%.  Normal EF is 55-75% and that represents the amount of blood pumped out with each heartbeat.
