I am not a doctor.

In general, yes they would all be corrected in one surgery.  There would be exceptions like if the aortic stenosis was mild, or if the enlarged aorta was just mildly enlarged.  The reason that they would try to do them all at once is that is that it is hard on the body (and obviously there are risks) when they are doing open heart, so instead of three separate surgeries they'll do it all in one.
