  I have a Question concerning aortical insufficancy.I have been told i have mild/moderate AI
  my question to you is what can i do to prevent this desease increasing.what things can i do with regards to excercise
  and what things should i stay away from doing.im 20 years old 6'1" 175lbs. and am very active .
  any information would be helpfull on this desease becouse my doctors dont seem to wanna talk about it alot
  i wanna know everything i can on this subject to increase my quality of life any help you can give would be greatly appreciated
