atrial septal aneursym

After 3 months of my quadruple coronary artery bypass surgery, my echo report indicated that I had the following condition:
1. atrial septal aneurysm - is this cause by some physical work done at home or is this a result of complication after my coronary artery bypass surgery, or is this cause by sleep apnea or is this a defect by birth? Can this cause me to have a stroke? Is there a cure for this? How do I know if the size of the aneursym is growing? How often do I need an echo done?
2. mild mitral annular calcification - what is this? what causes this?
3. patent foramen ovale (or small hemodynamically insignificant ASD) suggested by Doppler - what is this and will this combine with atrial septal aneursym and mild mitral annular calcification can cause instant sudden death? Is there a cure to all these 3 conditions?
