bad cardiac decompensation from myocardite e dilating cardiomyopathy

I am 25 years-old medical student.
For 3 months I have been suffering from enterovirus myocarditis unresponsive to intravenous injections of aspecific immunoglobulins.
I am also suffering from dilating cardiomyopathy and cardiac decompensation.
Which is the best therapy at present?
Looking forward to useful reply.

Dear mauro,
At this point I think the best way to proceed is with medical management.  You should be taking a beta-blocker as tolerated, an ACE inhibitor and a diuretic.  There is a small chance that you will have some or even total recovery of heart function.  If however there is no recovery and you are continuing to decompensate then the best solution is cardiac transplant.  There are other surgical therapies such as LVAD but in your case they would only be a 'bridge' to transplant.  I wish you all the best.  Please let us know how things turn out for you.
