beta blockers and insomnia

Are there any beta blockers that don't cause insomnia?  I've tried atenolol, pindolol, metoprolol, propanolol and haven't been able to sleep while on them, but my hr is always above 100 plus, so need something to control it.  Thanks!

Have you tried taking it earlier in the day?  I take mine at noon and it seems to help.  It seemed when I took a BB at bed my heartrate and bp would drop and then I would get restless leg sometimes and just restless whole body others.

Good luck!
