Hi i seem to blackout when  @ a shoping mall/quick stop i dont faint when i "see" movement or hear something i wake up ?

These are probably vasovagal episodes but you need to tell me more about your past medical history, etc.  You should see a cardiologist about this.  Even though, most of the time this isn't dangerous and can be treated conservatively, occasionally, blackouts may be a sign of a serious condition and should be treated accordingly.
