i had a stroke 2years ago my carotied artery was 80per cent blocked my vascular surgeon cleared it now my right side is 80per cent blocked and i am getting a lot of pain in my left leg on walking could that be artery trouble

Yes it is possible, that with a history of peripheral arterial disease (carotid disease) you could have disease elsewhere such as in you left leg.  You should consider having a PVR test that checks for this.
