blood clot in the heart

my question is what treatment can be used to stop the blood clot in the heart? If there is such a procedure?

Many smaller clots dissolve without treatment.  There are many drugs that are used to break up clots, such as:
Tissue plasminogen activator (TPA)
Tenecteplase
Alteplase
Urokinase
Reteplase
Streptokinase

if you have any information please let me know. I have had a blood clot in my heart for three years now and cant get any doctor to do anything about it. thanks
