Dear Doctor,
I had a stress test and something happened that concerned me...Which
leadsLead poisoning to my ?'s..Is it
normalNormal saline flush for your blood
pressurePressure ulcer to drop to 130/40
during exercise? Not only that my heart rate was 192 and that was within 5minutes.... I have pac's which I understand are
benignBenign ear cyst or tumor
Benign positional vertigo...But I do not smoke never have...I drink decaf sodas...And everything I have read points to those things being the cause of pac's...Is there another cause for them?
The reason I was having this test was due to lightheadedness and chest tightness during exercise...Just like usual after the stress test I got extremely lightheaded and ended up with a blood
pressurePressure ulcer of 144/94 and it stayed along with a resting heart rate of over 100 for over an hour after the stress test...The doctors made me stay in the office until after the lightheadedness went away........The nurse took my
pressurePressure ulcer before I left and it ws 120/80 perfect...But then she made me stand up and she took it again....100/54...I am confused it seems there are so many things going on at once.....Sorry so long winded but I am worried...Can you just tell me is all of this normal??
Thank You Trisha

More to add....I spent 2days in the ER due to lightheadedness and shortness of breath.....EKG was(ok) LUNG scan(OK)....The only thing the ER doc said he did not like to much was that when I STOOD UP DURING AN ARTHROSTAT....spelling maybe wrong!! My heart rate went up well into the 120's......But since everything was ok I was sent home.....And told if I did not feel better to return...Well I did and I had another chest x-ray(OK) And I also had blood tests which showed an elevated bilirubin..... I am not sure but aren't heart palps on exertion and shortness of breath symptoms of this?? I am not sure what is going on with my self and it is quit frustrating...sorry so winded again I hopeing maybe you can tell me what to ask my doc to do next seeing as I am not better and I am being given no difinitive answers...
Thank you so much for your time.......
This forum is wonderful!!!

Was this following the stress test? An elevated pulse during orthostatic blood pressure measurements is another indicator of dehydration. Have your symptoms since resolved?

If you are not getting good answers I would suggest getting a second opinion. Good luck.
