blood pressure

my blood pressure is sooooo up and down, i'm trying to eat right and stay away from the salt but still my pressure is up.....i'm on med's but i still don't think they help does anyone have some advice...=(

Hi : I had the same thing happen to me . your not alone on this one !
im on meds too!   my b.p was everywhere for days -  couldnt keep it down..  really wracked my brain !  

I ended up going to see my Doctor and he adjusted my medications up.. and changed one med to diffrent type..  needless to say it helped and bp was normal again.
thought I felt like junk !  due to the meds and side effects !  

I found by: not useing or eatting salt really helps alot.. and staying away from junk foods
and soda pop helped me..  

also if you have home b.p unit for reading b.p .. see if it needs to be calibrated
as it could be reading wrong numbers..  and this can really get people upset and
cause bp to spike high at times !  worry !!  

I found my home unit was off by 8 points .. paid 12.00 and they calibrated it ..
turns out my bp wasnt really that high..  

You can also try Natural Calm powder drink.. its 100% natural  and really helps
calm a person down and lowers b.p too !    I use it daily for over 10 years now
