blood work

want to know how bad this is. my labs came back and this is it.. im 30 years old.
Cholesterol total: 236
HDL Cholesterol: 31
Triglycerides: 224
LDL-Cholesterol:160

My Thyroid is also bad and what should i dpo to fix it.
TSH, 3rd Generation= 8.55H

When your thyroid is not funtioning properly, it will give you a false reading of high cholesterol.  Endocrinologists will put you on thyroid medication for 3 months and then have you do a fasting cholesterol test.  This happend with me, my cholesterol was very high before the thyroid medication, after 3 months of medication, it decreased significantly.  You need to see an Endocrinologist to address your problems.  Hope this helped.
