bounding pulse w/ thyroid disorder

I was diagnosed with a multinodular goiter over the summer and a partial thyroidectomy was performed.   I have felt the effects of hyperthyroidism and hypothyroidism, which was when the thyroid tissue died I guess (Hashimotos?).

The bounding pulse was sporadic in the year before surgery and i had no idea what was causing but it was more than likely the thyroid.  Now I am taking thyroid hormones and I have been hyper a few times because of too much medication.  Throughout my thyroid diagnosis no doctor has ever heard anything abnormal with my heart, surgery went well.  My endo said he thought he heard MVP when I was very hypo but he never said anything after that.

The bounding pulse is less prevelant now since i am coming down on the meds but it is still there. I can see it in my neck sometimes during ecericse. My heart rate is usually normal except when I get really hypo and then it takes off sometimes.  It is ususally in the high 50's to low 60's  and high 70's around 80 if i am very hyper.  I feel fine when I exercise.  When i was in better shape it was consistently in the 50's.

What should I do about the bounding pulse.
