You are lucky that you did not have a stroke with blood pressure that high. High blood pressure can ruin your heart, lungs, and kidneys. You need to keep your blood pressure down. Please see a doctor and get some blood pressure medicine that will work for you. 140/85 is too high and 200/120 you should have been in the hospital.
Even 140 is pushing the envelope. Long term higher BP can gradually cause kidney damage. Whether the 2 hour extreme high BP pushed them over the edge, I don't know. I have a friend that lost his kidneys due to moderate high BP. He didn't like taking his BP meds and now he's been through 2 transplants.
The best thing to do is go in and have them checked. Probably blood work and urine sample. They may do a scan to see if you passed or have some stones. Now those hurt! I'm sorry you have this because I've heard the pain is horrendous.
