b.p pills how to tell ?

Is there anyway to tell or test a b.p pill - to see if its a fake pill or has something strange inside it ?  reason is :
I keep getting verapamil pills - same dosage ,same store - but every few pills I take - I get sick and have nasty bad
side effects happen ? some so bad I cant stand it !  Im fearing there could be fake pills or counterfit pills in my order
or perscription ?  as I dont get sick or have big problems with the other pills in the same batch ! or order . im not doing anything odd or to make these side effects happen.  
also the pills I get , that act up on me, dont lower b.p at all - could they be fake pills mixed into the good pills ?

I changed stores now 3 times - and got the same thing happening -    its very strange !

to update all interested if at all. ??

what happend is I got a fake or diffrent pill mixed into my normal b.p meds from the pharm dept !  I got sick very bad - and had ultra high blood pressure readings - per no medication - and had some chest pains, but that was mostly due to pushing of gas upwords as I bloated with gas in my belly !  from the so called fake or counterfit pill I took (suspected )  I am going to turn in whatever pills I have left to my Doctor this friday
for testing reasons!  as I know were getting counterfit pills from china and other places
and I fear now, that were getting them mixed into normal batchs of medications we buy.

this is a big problem worldwide !  and I have pulled 3 pills already from this batch that
dont look normal -  saving those !    

its now Who can you trust !  pharm depts ? Doctors ? pharm companys ?
well its a game of chance !  
roll the dice and see if you win or loose ?    guess its the same for b.p meds with known side effects -  in one way they help you , in other ways they wreck you !   so your damed if you do , and damed if you dont ?  

Im gonna go out and sit on a mountian top !   and ahh no! better not , Id fall off .

If you find out some of the pills are fake or have been tampered with, that store pharmacy will have to be reported. You're doing the right thing, checking your pills to make sure they all look the same, have the same markings (yeah, that's hard to do without a magnifying glass) and look to see if they've been handled. They'll look kind of dull instead of a smooth, shiny coating. It's easier to tell with capsules. Not sure what kind you're getting.

China has been in the news lately for all their messes, lack of quality control in several products. Please be careful. Too bad we have to be our own advocate. A lot of people getting lax in their job.

Hello : I found  4 pills so far that are not smooth or coated ,like my orginial pills were
I take for now verapamil sr -
I will leave it to my doctor to report the pharm - that sold me the pills !  iv got enough problems already - as you can read my new post .. lol
Im going back to my Doctor on friday a.m  and will ask ! then demand to get off the
verapamil and maxzide due to problems . and most likely will be put on beta blocker
medication again .. but this round it has to be a new name ! and not a generic brand !

Im gonna go out on a limb  and ask for one that has no side effect listed as vision
problems - or waight gain - and or hair loss or thinning hair..  

I cant wait to see his face ! when I ask for that .. ha ha ha..  as I know its next to impossible with chemical drugs !    but he can get close ..
the vision is the most important one for me ..  

oh yeah ! due to my poor eye sight -  ( thanks to diovan )  I bought a big Magnifying
glass  so I can really look close at the pills iv got ..  

I really thing the big problem is our FDA.   its so cutt back , think they said that only
15 people work there now -  as to its normal figures of 1,500 people .  
im not sure on the numbers..  but you get what I mean ?   the job can not be done !
plus we all know the storys of big pharm companys -    its a total mess we have  !
