burning in veins

please, I am 25 yrs old, i am having an unsual feelings in my veins( like burning or tingling sensation i dnt really know how to describe it)  right from my legs and rising to my head. Also am having some feelings in my heart which makes me give out some small watery phloems. Please what is wrong with me. sometimes i feel like i have overworked and feeling tirednes. Please what is wrong with me?

Hello and hope you are doing well.

The most probable cause for burning and tingling sensation is neuropathy, a disorder of the nerves. It is a disorder of the nerves which causes numbness, tingling, unusual sensations and sometimes pain. Most common cause is diabetes. This happens with metabolic disorders, vitamin deficiencies, infections and traumatic injuries. The sensations need proper evaluation by your GP, please consult him for a neurological assessment.
