my uncle aged 75 yrs had bypass op ( 4 valves) 6 days ago doing well until yesterday morning something went wrong by 2.30pm he had died the hospital does not know what had happend he needs to have post morterm can you  explain?

If the doctors aren't sure then I doubt that we'll have any great answers either. But with any surgery there is the possibility of complications: infections, bleeding, shock and so on. Before he went in, the staff probably went over all the possibilities and he had to sign some paperwork. Most of the time nothing bad happens. This time it did and I'm so sorry. Give it a few days and then ask for the results.
