cardiogenic syncope/new ant MI

Need an MD to answer this for me please.
Please Help! My mother in law had out patient surgery and ended up with a post op (day 2) massive anterior/septal MI with an ejection fraction of 21 % per nuclear study. She is now about 6 weeks out, and symptomatic (weak, tired, chest pressure). She has been off and on beta blockers, ace inhibitos, statins, plavix, and now on anti-anginal meds whichhave helped the chest pressure, but she is not feeling well. She has had one episode where 911 was called and they said her heart had stopped..no defib needed however. I'm not sure that she is getting the right advice, and feel she needs more of a specialty workup. By the way, angiogram day 4 post of showed 40% occlusion only of LAD??? (I think LAD can't remember) I am wondering about stem cell Rx, Or ICD, or even external pump device. She only weighs 110 pounds and surprisingly no s/s CHF. Can you maybe refer us to someone who can help? She lives in Lake Havasu City AZ. We have family in Palm Springs CA. and Ketchum Id if there are any places there that can help. She is 74, Thank you. Sorry this is so lengthy. Sincerely, Lindsay
