cardiomegaly

by cindan, May 06, 2008 06:53AM
I recently found out that I was diagnosed with cardiomegaly and yet my doctors office called and told me that I had pneumonia. I  looked in my files while at work this past week and no where did it say that I had pneumonia -instead it had cardiomegaly listed when I had an x-ray done. What happens when the doctor and the radioliogist don't agree on the diagnosis? Doctor prescribed antibiotics- that was a week ago and I still don't feel any better. He has been wrong  before when he told me I had nothing to worry about when I had ringing in my ears and could hear my pulse, I ended up having a stroke! I don't haven't  had a lot of confidence in him since then.
