catherization accuracy

i had a cardiac cath done a couple of months ago....it said :
test reveled normal coronaries.....
so now i felt much better about thing.....now i read somewhere that that test is often falsey interpeted...

So whats the deal if my test reveled no bockages whats the prectnage that thats accurate

Your information is incorrect. It would be extremely unusual for a cardiologist to determine coronary arteries are normal if in fact there is a severe blockage. This almost never happens.
