Feels very odd doesn't it, like the skin is much tighter than before. Your chest has been put together exactly as it was and believe me, it will feel normal again over time. It took a full year before I couldn't feel anything odd from the surgery. I was a bit concerned for a few months because it felt like my lungs were smaller than they used to be, and I was worried they weren't inflating fully. It's all just a matter of time and what you feel is normal for such surgery.
