chest discomfort a burning pain in my chest

hi am 23 yrs i never had any heart problems but am worried because about 3 days i started having this pain on my chest the pain is like a burning pain that moves trough my arms and back. the first day i went to the ER ans they said everything was fine with my heart but the pain came back is this normal or what is wrong?

That sounds similiar to what is happening to me. I am 24 and I've been to the ER twice and they can't figure it out. I'm going to the cardiologist tomorrrow hopefully he can figure it out. One doctor told me I could have a viral infection.
