chest discomfort-acid reflux?

I am a 57 year old female, don't smoke or drink and exercise(2-3mile walks) almost every day. My blood pressure is good(113/64) and my cholesteral is good.  I take no meds except vitiamins, and am just slighty overweight.  I have been having this weird chest thing going on for about 2 months now.  It feels like someone is twisting the right side of my chest and pulling the muscles. There is alot of pressure too. I occasionally get a flutter on the left side and also a choking sensation. This is also accompied by a burning sensation just below my sterum. I realize this could be acid reflux but would that cause the chest spasms or would that be more heart related? Two years ago I had a echo and stress test and everything was fine. Anyone got any ideas?  Thanks!

Hi, We all think the worst but I would do is make appointment just to rule out it's not your heart. I have gerd and I get uncomfortable. I can't say it's heart or acid reflux but unlikely it is  the heart go to the doctor just to rule it out it's better to be safe
