chest pain , shoulder and left arm

Hello Doctors,
I am 21 years old
and from around several month (april 2010 till this day) i am suffering from a chest pain to be more exact i feel it like its below the muscle of pectorales major and somehow i feel it like its in the inner part of the chest , and sometimes this pain is mobile , and sometimes i feel that the pain is more painful near the axilla , and also sometimes the pain is coming to my left hand, from the region of my shoulder till the region of my forearm till my hand. i have visited my doctor several times now the first time i have applied the ECG and blood analysis for LDL, HDL, and cholesterol and all the results was fine without any sign of big danger, i went to another doctor and i have applied another blood analysis and the results were fine too, and both doctors told me that maybe its a musclo-skeletal pain, and they gave me some anti-inflammatory tablets and some paracetamol drugs and gel like voltaren .
after a while of using these drugs the pain was reduced but it didnt go away, and up to now sometimes i can describe like attacks that occurs several times a day and most of the time i can say that i have anxiety and i feel that maybe i will die.
also i forgotten to tell you that i smoke , and started smoking two years ago.
my brother suggested to me to contact you, and god willing that you will help me doctors.

hi, this is not a doctor form but there are lots on here who can help you .   i really dont think its your heart, but you need go have test ran like a echo test/stress test than you will know whats going on. if the pills helped i say it is muscles or something other than heart.  stress /anxiety will make you think a lot of stuff like its your heart and your dying i have been there with mine, but i say your not. so plz go get checked out by a cardio dr not your reg dr and you will feel better knowing everything ok. ps you need to stop smoking your only hurting yourself and its really bad on your lungs and heart.
