chest pain and back pain

I have angina and now am getting pain in my back at the time of an attack where it feels like someone is either squeezing my back in the thorasic area or is being touched with an iron

You should go to your physician with these symptoms.  It is possible they are related to your angina but there are other potential causes for these symptoms and it would be wise to seek medical attention.
