i am pretty healthy otherwise exercise 4 times per week eat fruit and veg every day but i am at the end of my tether with these bloody **** scary pains any information regarding anymore sort of investigations would be greatfully appriciated

It sounds like you have had a very thorough evaluation excluding your heart and as the cause of these atypical symptoms.  You should probably make sure that it is not the GI track that is causing these problems for you.  You have already tried the proton pump inhibitors (omeprazole) for the stomach, and the likelihood that you have an ulcer is probably low but if these symptoms persist consulting a GI doctor may not be a bad idea.  They could perform an EGB to further assess that.  The back pain that you are describing can also be caused by gall bladder disease (GB stones).  That can be rulled out by thourough history and a right upper quadrant ultrasound.  I am sure that the CT scan that was done rulled out any aortic aneurysm or other structural disease in the chest.
