chest pain and palpitations

Im 28 yrs old... had a chest pain and palpitation all of a sudden. it lasted for more than 30 min. at first it was a chest pain associated with palpitation, bp was high.  i went to hospital they conducted an ecg 2 times, blood test for thyroid and xray, everything was ok. i never drink nor smoke in my entire life, thats why im wondering how i suffer from all these. anyone can help me.

hi..ived been feeling the same way too.... chest pain especially in the left side...and heart palpitations.....and some times skip a beat..and chest tiredness..ived seen my doc too and he said that im normal...with my ecg and all...one of my friends said that maybe its just nerves..like i have panic disorder or anxiety probs..thats why i felt this way since i dont have any history with drinking and smoking too...well...maybe u are just experiencing that too....

hi harmony thanks for the feedback... had my ecg twice but they said evrything was ok but still had to see an specialist by this coming tuesday is my appnt. hoping that everything was ok... but before i had a nerve prob also.( pinched nerve) during the attack i felt the chest pain and palpitations also, numbness in my arm thru my finger since then i experiencing this prob palpitations and shortness of breath. im hoping for the clear and much reliable answer if i see the specialist... thank you very much.
