chest pain constantly

I'm a 36 yr old female, with perfect ldl, hdl, blood pressure, my thyroids are good, my estrogen levels are were they are supposed to be. Now the question is. I've been having a mild to excessive  pain in the left side of my chest right behind my breast, and sometimes my left arm will tingle and the pain will go around to my back. But the thing is, that i looked up Angina, and Breast Cancer, and the thing is that i have none of the breast cancer symtoms. I have only 3 of the Angina symtoms, which are the pain in the chest, the arm numbness, and the pain in the shoulder blades. So i need to know what you think this could possibly be. Also i read up on gall bladder, And that is in the right side of the chest. My problems are only on the left. Also the dullness pain never goes away, even after taking 2 Darvasets. Thenk You ann

First of all i don't smoke at all. Secondly, i only tried the Darvosets because the motrin i was taking didn't help me, so i had left over Darvosets from an accident i had from a year ago. I fell snowboarding and hurt my ribs. When they did X-Rays everything was fine, they gave me Darvosets for the pain. 2yrs ago i had similar pains so i went to my Dr. and they did the stress tests with exercise, and they put an I.V. in my arm. Ekg's were done also, and everthing came back normal. So now in the last 3months my locally left chest pain has been getting worse. Today it has been a dull pain, except for one time it got real bad then subsided back to a dull pain. So what can this possibly be. It's not heart burn cause i've had heartburn before. Do you think i should go with a Mammogram, and or a Cat-Scan of the chest? And what kind of Dr, should i see.

You seem to be too young to be taking darvocets. Why are you being prescribed narcotics at all? What chronic pain conditions do you suffer from?
Given your age it is less likely that this pain is angina. But you are a smoker, and have a family history of heart disease, so you are at low to moderate risk for having CAD. One could start by trying medicines such as nitrates or beta blockers to see if these alleviate your symptoms. One may also decide to order a stress test to see if you develop these symptoms with exercise, but also to see if there are any EKG changes. If so then you would need further workup, probably in the form of an angiogram.
