chest pain for three years

hi there, i have had chest pain for the past three years now, i suffer from health anxiety i am 26 yrs old, this isnt just light pain this is deep pain that hurts so bad at times i neally pass out, when the pain isnt there i feel fine and can live a normal life, but having this every other day or week is wrecking my life and the meds im on dnt make any change in this, ive had two ecg's and they came back ok, nothing wrong they said, but when ur in this kind of pain how on earth am i ment to believe this, i need help sooooooooooooo bad it untrue, im at ny wits end with it now, please can someone help me x
