chest pain leading to heart attack?

hi im 30 yrs old and recently ive been active...meaning jogging alot riding my bike and playing basketball...i have noticed that lately the middle of my chest been having pressure...but i get the pressure when i bend over or stretch. and i feel like it spreads to my mid back also...ive done some research and it says that it could be a heart attack! im a lil worried now. i feel the pressure when i clinch my chest tight, when i bend over, when i breathe heavy also...dont know if its gases or what! i really need your help in this one.

A heart attack is an acute condition where you have a blood clot in the arteries that supply the heart with blood.

It would be almost impossible for a 30 y/o healthy, active male to develop clogged arteries to the heart, causing angina pain.

You should (of course) see a doctor to evaluate your chest pain, but your description is classic for muscular (chest wall) pain, which has nothing to do with your heart at all.

If your pain doesn't get worse when exercising, it's almost never heart related.
