chest pain occuring at night lasting 1 hours

Im 22 years old just got over lymes disease and on wednesday around 2am i had woken up from chest pain in the center of my chest radiating to my middle back hard to breath and find a comforatble postion to relieve my pain started to sweat n felt like somone was squeezing my chest n back hurt to breath lasted about an hour. And friday around 2:30am the samething happened but worse pain felt sick hardly able to breath after an hr i layed on my stomach n my fiance started to rub my back n i put my arms above my head and the pain around my chest started to go away this lasted about an hour and a half

I agree with ireneo. This should be checked out. I am no doctor, but find it hard to believe this could be heart disease, if you are 22.  However, there are other serious conditions that can cause chest pain. There are also some not so serious conditions that can cause chest pain, but I would err on the side of caution and get it thoroughly checked.

It could be stomach related (I'm thinking of this because raising your hands over your head eased it a bit). It sounds severe enough that you should probably have it checked out.
