chest pain

I often expierence very sharp pains, near the centre of my chest.
They are very heavy (like someone puts a needle in it) but then
go away after about 5 seconds. Also, it sometimes feels like
my heart hurst when it takes a beat.

Must say, in march, I had a very sharp investigation of my heart
due to panic attack (which I thought was a heart attack)

My question is, can heart pain be something that comes up, be very sharp, and then go away after 5 sec, or is heart pain
more like a heavy pain, but not sharp and lasts long?
