chest pains over my heart and on the right side as well

Im a 13 year old boy and for the past month since school was out for summer break ive been having chest pains over my heart and somtimes on the right, the pain kinda feels sharp and sore, and sometimes when i wake up in the morning i have a really bad sharp pain right in the middle of my chest.
Ive been to two differnt doctors for this and they bth did chest x-rays and blood test's and all of the test's came back normal and the doctors thaught the pain was just acid refulx but it just dosent feel like acid refulx and sometimes i get really scared because i think im going to die but i also hve an (ECO) test some time this summer can anyone help me?

You are so young to have to worry about things like this. Have you had an EKG done? I would have thought so. Chest pains are common in teens and the chances of you dying from them at your age is pretty slim, to say the least. True heart related chest pain is caused from a lack of blood to the heart muscle either due to blocked arteries (CAD) which is found in adults and in some rare forms of congenital forms of heart disease such as cardiomyopathies where the heart muscle is damaged. You would have known if you had CHD by now by all kinds of other things going on in your life; your parents certainly would've realized there was a problem. Sharp chest pain is not a symptom of heart related chest pain, usually it is muscle or cartiledge related. I wouldn't worry too much about this; you would really have to have a SERIOUS form of heart disease to die at your age. take care.
